Here are a few pictures out and about in Mũi Né. The best way to see the city and nearby Phan Thiết, was on the back of a motorbike, {like so many of the locals do}. Traffic in Vietnam is insane, so I was a little nervous…but we saw some amazing, more hidden local sights. And we were able to take a relaxed cruise around!:
{Gearing up for a little 'scoot. I LOVED my helmet! It was meant to be.}
{Rachel drinking coffee after 7 am!!!! Most shocking sight of the day ;)…}

{First stop was Pho 39. Pho is a traditional Vietnamese meal: a noodle soup consisting of clear broth, linguine-shaped rice noodles called bánh phở, a few herbs, and slim cuts of meat; sometimes along with meatballs. It is a very popular street food in Vietnam}.

{What's lunch without delicious slow-drip coffee and ice cream at a local cafe? Vietnamese coffee is filtered directly into your mug, and filled with a sweet condensed milk. The end result is a thick, rich texture; think cocoa! {It is surprisingly not bitter.} Here we are at Cafe 16}:

{Enjoying our treats}:
{That's not a floating meatball! The strange looking tea ^^ was an herbal tea filled with ginger, tangerine rinds, and dates. It was delicious and good for your tummy! Thanks Xuan!}
{The coffee working it's magic!}
